There is a talent call by Kittie for a new burlesque/comedy show she’s running at Club 93 in the SOMA district. Dancers and Comedians are Required. The event happens 1st and 3rd Monday night and starts 7/18/2011. Facebook Page for the show: Here. More information below:

Remember the era of Varietease?


This show will be a bi-monthly variety show focused on Comedians and Burlesque dancers or sultry sisters of any other variety including belly dancers, contortionists, draglesque or any other hybrid you’ve developed.


We Want You!


Comedians: We will have a 5, 10 and 15 minutes spots available. 4-7 per show.

Dancers: We’re hurting for your attention. We’ll take 5-6 a show, unless you want to perform two numbers


What we have to offer:
*A lot has changed since last time we had a burlesque show at 93 and we want to keep making it better!

*We have a newly built 4x8’ stage (with 2 feet of steps leading up to it) located in the back with several feet of floor space between you and the audience, seating, as well as all new lighting, better sound and two wireless mics!

*There will be a $5 charge at the door so we will hope to have a pay out as our crowds increase.

*Drink Tickets for performers

*And Miss Kittie Von Tittie’s love and appreciation!


We will need a list of your needs and a small intro if you are interested in any of our upcoming shows. Please bring your music on a labeled disc and arrive to the venue by 9pm to get settled. Should you need to arrive later we Will need a heads up.

Also, if you are traveling to us via BART, please let me know so we can have you on a little earlier in the show, don’t want you missing your train.
