These shows hope to alleviate that by featuring the best up-and-coming female comedians with some guys sprinkled in. [This is a show was created to alleviate some financial burden at the Comic Relief shop in Berkeley. It’s a free show but donations are encouraged. Comic Book shops have long played a role as a social hub for the marginalized and Comic Relief is one of the better shops in the area. I will be performing a guest set this night. I still have boxes, bags, boards, single issues and trades from this place that I collected as a teenager.
