Product Review: Kelly McCarron’s “I’d Eat Them Both”

The night narrowly avoided calamity; Kelly was pulled over by an officer of the law en route to the show. Luckily the officer only issued a warning. “Wow, I learned something… I’m really pretty!” declares the sprightly comedian. "Three Legged Cat" by Doug Benson. Album: Unbalanced Load. Year: 2009. Recorded at San Francisco Punch Line.

On 12/27-28 Doug Benson is doing a set of very interesting stand-up performances at the San Francisco Punch Line. He will be performing his four comedy albums sequentially over four comedy events. Almost like a how Wu-Tang strictly will do 36 Chambers or Public Enemy will do It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back. Cool stuff.

"Cats Made of Rabbits" by Keith Lowell Jensen [COMPLETE]. Run Time: 75 Minutes.

[In a sweeping gesture, the entirety of Jensen’s album is available for free online. The result is a beautiful display of comedy, and a great introduction to a man (comedian), his mind (atheist) and his times (the shaky new millennium). Make time to listen to this, it’s definitely worth it.]
