In the wake of the tragic Ghost Ship Oakland fire, Hollywood Improv will host a night of comedy and music on December 23 to raise funds for the impacted community. The bill will feature comedians from the Bay Area including MARGARET CHO, BRENT WEINBACH, CHRIS GARCIA, CAITLIN GILL, EMILY MAYA MILLS, CASEY LEY, ANYI MALIK and GEORGE CHEN. The night will also include live music by YACHT. The show will begin at 10 p.m. with doors opening at 9:30. Advance tickets are available HERE.
A portion of the proceeds from this show will benefit victims of the Oakland Fire. Donations will go to THIS FUND which provides support to friends and chosen family that don’t qualify for Red Cross funds but have immediate grieving-related work and housing issues. Additional cash donations and gift cards (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway) will be accepted at the door.
